The 2011Christmas Parade is scheduled for Saturday Dec 3rd 2011
PARADE PARTICIPATION GUIDE LINES
We need you or your group to enter our event
Select your Leader
Our office would like each group to have a Leader who will arrive early to confirm arrival and find out where the group is to set up. Each member of the group can then liaise with the Leader rather than all individual participants coming to register.
We would then like this Leader to organise the group participants in their allocated space and only the Leader approach the carpark Coordinators if assistance is needed.
You will be sent, by mail, your Parade Order number on Tuesday 29th November. We will also send you a list of important contact numbers for the key coordinators on the day.
General Information:
· Priority will be given to groups situated Panmure, Mt Wellington, Glen Innes area. The Business Association reserves the right to decline an application form.
· Depending on our funding we try to give koha to recognized community groups.
· In November we will feature the Christmas Parade in our 5th issue of the Panmure Community Newsletter which will be distributed to 10,000 houses.
